ARE ALL THE ART WORKS THAT YOU SEE ON THE ART GALLERY ON LIVE AVAILABLE ?
Yes. When a work is sold, we take it off of the website as soon as possible, if by chance it is sold, and has not given us time to remove it, we will help you to get a similar work.
CAN I GO TO SEE OR PICK UP AN ART WORK AT GALERIA KREISLER IN MADRID?
Of course! If you want to see a work “in person” to be sure of the purchase, and it is in our warehouse of Madrid, will be happy to show it to you in the Galeria Kreisler in Madrid’s in Hermosilla street nº 8. If you want to pick up the work that you buy online in the gallery and have it as soon as possible at home, yo can come to pick it up also in the Gallery.
WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING PRICE DEPEND ON?
Our shipping rates are based on courier fees determined by buyer and the artist or Gallery shipping addresses, as well as the measures and weight of the artwork.
At this time, the only way to determine shipping rates is to begin the ordering process by adding the artwork(s) to your cart and then entering your shipping address so that the rates can be calculated. Your shipping costs automatically populate on the final payment page, breaking down shipping, customs (if any), and tax fees (see image below). From there, you may choose to purchase the work or cancel the transaction.
There are several factors used to assess total shipping costs for a work, including:
- Weight and dimensions of the work
- The buyer’s location
- The artist’s location (for originals shipped directly from the artist to the buyer)
- Cost of packaging materials, which can vary greatly depending on the work. A large work, for example, may require a wooden crate, which costs substantially more than a cardboard box

In the case of sales within Spain and Europe will be included in the online payment process. For purchases outside the EU should confirm them depending on customs rates.
From the time you receive your art piece, you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging and materials that arrived with the art. We require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned.
So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from KreislerArt and you are not fully satisfied, you have fourteen (14) days to notify us that you’d like to return the work, and then, you’ll have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 14 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist or the gallery. KreislerArt is not responsible for undelivered returns.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist or the gallery we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP ?
As soon as the order is confirmed and paid we will start to work to ship it to you.
- GIFT CERTIFICATES are delivered immediately by email.
- NATIONAL SHIPMENTS-You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery time is 3-5 days from purchase date.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery time is 5-10 days from purchase date.
