The sale conditions and use of the company described below, define the rights and obligations of the buyers and seller. Making any purchase implies acceptance of these terms of use.

2.- How to perform the orders

Orders shall be made through the web page

When you click on the button “Validate and pay” during the process of placing an order, the buyer declares to accept fully and without reserve the entirety of the present general conditions of sale

3.- Prices

The prices of our products are indicated with out taxes and excluding preparation and shipping costs that are expressed separately.

Preparation and shipping costs are always expressed with taxes not included.

4.- Payment

The payment of purchases can be made by; Bank transfer, card payment or PayPal. Payment cards accepted are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. Debit period will depend on the rules applied to your way of payment (immediate, deferred debit, etc.). In case of payment by PayPal, the amount of purchases will be charged in the PayPal account immediately.

In case of a rejection of the Bank, the order will be cancelled automatically and the buyer will be informed by sending an e-mail.

Through the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale, the buyers give their consent to receive the invoice electronically

5.- Delivery

  • Modalities and place of delivery

The products will be sent to the shipping address provided by the buyer in the course of the order process.

All our deliveries are notified to the buyer via e-mail and were made through the media of the transportist.

  • Delivery time

The delivery time is set at a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from the confirmation of the order.

  • Precautions to take into account at the time of the delivery

It corresponds to the buyer to check shipments upon arrival, express observations and submit all claims justified, having even the right to reject the package, if the package is likely to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration.

Such comments or complaints should be sent to the transport company by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the next 3 working days following the delivery of the products, with a copy sent immediately after to if the products delivered do not conform in nature or quality with respect to those indicated in the expedition of your order email the purchaser may proceed to the return of the goods.

6.- Legislation and competence

The present general sales conditions will be implemented and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation, legislation which the parties submit expressly. Any dispute that might emanate from its validity, interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the courts of the place of existence of which is exclusive and express attribution of jurisdiction.
